I used to be caught up in the hustle, constantly on the move—taking every job, juggling multiple gigs in a single day, always busy. Society celebrates being busy, but does it truly serve our well-being?
I realized that the most valuable time is the time I spend with myself, immersed in peace. Whether I’m journaling, meditating, soaking up nature, painting, practicing yoga, or simply being still—these moments of self-connection are priceless.
This led me to reevaluate my boundaries and how I choose to spend my time. I decided to live more intentionally, making conscious choices that align with who I am and who I aspire to be, rather than conforming to society’s expectations.
This 7 week programme is an embodied exploration, of the facets of the feminine, through the lens of sexuality.
It’s about reclaiming my time, my energy, and my peace. And it feels liberating.
